After 8 long weeks on backorder from Kamado Joe, we finally received our Big Joe. Got a table built for it last week and did our 1st cook on it last night. Ribeyes reverse seared with a little Parrini Ranch Steak Rub, sweet corn, baked potato, and honey butter biscuits. Smoked with a little apple wood before searing. Perfect medium rare!! These were some of the best tasting ribeyes we have ever done!! Sorry for crappy cell phone pics!!
