Finally.....1st cook on the Big Joe!!

After 8 long weeks on backorder from Kamado Joe, we finally received our Big Joe. Got a table built for it last week and did our 1st cook on it last night. Ribeyes reverse seared with a little Parrini Ranch Steak Rub, sweet corn, baked potato, and honey butter biscuits. Smoked with a little apple wood before searing. Perfect medium rare!! These were some of the best tasting ribeyes we have ever done!! Sorry for crappy cell phone pics!!

Good looking rib eyes there. Even if they did come off that brand new, not even dirty yet Big Joe. Not too late to ship it to me!:boink:

Congrats on the new gear! We want to see it in 3 months (black on the inside and smoke stain on the exhaust). Enjoy your new toy!
