Fast & Simple monday - Cedar Plank Salmon / with Pron

Decided to do a Cedarplank Salmon yesterday.
Just ligt the Smokey Joe and prep a salmon-filet with mustard, brownsugar, cayenne, salt and pepper.

Whit that I had a simple salad with balsamico syrup and a cheese-envelop (you can buy it here in the supermarket).

It was simply, quick and tasty! Perfect on a monday.
