I'm pretty sure I've posted the slaw recipe before. It stated out as a KFC knock-off recipe that I've modified.

Captain Ron's Apple Slaw

Dressing

1/2 C mayonnaise (I use light)
1/4 C buttermilk
1/4 C Milk
2 1/2 T apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 T lemon juice (fresh is best)
1/3 C sugar or Splenda
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/2 t celery seed

Slaw

1 head green cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot, chopped or julienned
1/4 C finely chopped sweet onion
1 medium apple, finely chopped or julienned (I use a tart apple)

Mix the dressing ingredients until smooth and pour slaw mix. Mix thoroughly.
