Failed kettle pizza attempt that tasted good, anyway...

looks good to me. i have the same type of pan. i put a ring of lit coals around the outer edge and some lit coals in the middle. then on the cooking grate i use two fire bricks to raise things up a bit. then the pan goes on top. maybe not perfect but good enough to put smiles on our faces. i also add a bit of pecan or oak on the coals for a bit of smoke and we really like that also.

Actually, yes.

Most of the time, the balls of fresh mozzarella will be much larger. But, the process of making it is the same.

I usually buy the larger balls of fresh mozzarella, I can not taste any difference, and for pizza, the smaller balls are easier to use. Knowing how they are made, the larger balls have to be easier to make, so I'm not sure how they make the smaller balls. But, they do taste the same, to me.
