It's cordless, which is very nice. Price is kind of steep, but it's pretty highly rated.

Is there a reason why people do not cut by hand? Would it just be very time consuming as opposed to a very very sharp knife? Ive always cut by hand, and after a brisket or two i can see how it would be nice, but i just feel wrong.
