ECB got a workout today (pr0n included, i hope)

I have done grilled onions and swiss cheese (philly cheesesteak style), I have also done a salsa and cheese mix. Really just pick stuff and find out, you can't go to wrong.

Also don't be afraid of a bacon weave. It really helps out with the flavor and it helps keep the meat moist.
 
What is the pork loin stuffed with? Thought it was avocado at first glance, but is that broccoli and cheese? Did you like the combination?
 
Thanks for the ideas...The weave WILL happen.....Whats the worst that can happen, Its still pork!
