Easy Sunday Breakfast

We can't eat Q for every meal - OK - we CAN, but I'll bet we don't.
Saw a recipe for baked pancakes - yep - baked. This is the second time I have done it and it works great - everyone's pancakes are done at the same time and the cook isn't standing over a hot griddle for half an hour..

I used a burger bun pan and a donut pan, but you can also make them in a 13 X 9 pan.
350 for about 20 minutes. Toss in some bacon at the same time and you have breakfast in no time flat!

Yep - and if you turn them over and the hole dormant go through all the way through it is the perfect butter and syrup cup!
