Found out early Sat morning that Mother's Day at my house would be early because of peoples' schedules. Hopped on the brethren forums at 1am Sat morning and got some great advice on smoking a prime rib. I usually like my prime rib with some salt and pepper @ medium rare, but had some company that wanted a little more. So I did an olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt and rosemary smear a few hours before putting it in the smoker @275-300. Had two people that didn't realize this was a prime rib and wanted medium well and well done :mmph:. So I reverse seared the ends for them and everyone else enjoyed the rest! Such great advice on these forums!
