Ducktrap Lightly Smoked Salmon?

Bought couple of these at Aldi yesterday. these filets are cold smoked over fruit and hard woods and are ready to put on the grill like normal. Hoping they are tasty, because I don't have the facilities to cold smoke.

Anyone ever try them?

It was pretty tasty, but did not need to be salted. I suspect it had already been brined.
