So I have some green heads that I breasted out... I normally do a jambalaya with wild ducks but I figured I'd try something new this time. I grabbed my bag of Oakridge BBQ Game Bird rub. Covered them with the rub. Then added a generous amount to my flour. A quick fry and fresh quacker!

If you are a duck hunter you gotta own the Oakridge Game Bird rub!

I agree with landarc. Never seen 'em done that way but they look good. Last couple times I wrapped them in bacon and cooked on the grill.

I've done them on the grill wrapped in bacon but I still get a little game taste when I do that. This method took a lot of that out. Heck my wife even liked it and she doesn't eat duck! Lol
