It would either be 18X12 or 9X24.
Stick to cooking fish sticks, you're much better at that.

I've never seen these before. Do most folks use the "fold-up" juice catchers?
If you guys are using them "flat", it seems those flexible plastic cutting surfaces might be more economical...the last time I bought them to stock up the scout troop's chuck boxes I found them in 2 packs for $2 at the Dollar General. They are light, cheap and reusable...just throw them in a tote with other dirty utensils and sanitize at home in the dishwasher. Approx. 16"x20".
