Sorry fellas... I've been flat knacker this week and let my membership lapse for a few hours... (I think)...

I've got 4 days off this weekend so I'll be planning something that I hope will be competitive. From what I've seen so far, I've got a hard couple of acts to follow.

The ALF Awards will be dished out here though, so please... all Brethren. Make an effort and enter your Lamb BBQ

I just had to! Now, win or lose, it doesn't matter! This was an ULTIMATE cook for me. I've never done a whole lamb on a spit before, as I do not own a spit. I had to borrow this one to get the job done.

This is my official entry in the Ultimate Lamb Throwdown. An obvious twist on Shepard's Pie made with some tasty sweet Oregon grown lamb flank meat.

The cook thread here. Might be a double entry in the meat and taters throwdown but we'll need to see how the week goes.
