Pizza on the Santa Maria

Cooked a couple pizzas on the Santa Maria. Used refrigerated dough, pepperoni, green peppers, sauce, onions, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar glaze, and fresh mozzarella. Covered the pizzas the last 10 min. with foil.
