Great lookin' food there, man!

Bacon wrapped meatloaf and some farked up looking taters.

Started out with the basics

Pressed her out, slathered with bbq sauce, onions, mozzarella and rub.

Rolled her up, more bbq sauce and covered with bacon and more rub.

Couple of taters, bacon, cheese, butter and rub.

Cored them puppies straight down the top and from the sides angled down. Stuffed the middle hole with cheese and put bacon in the side holes. Rubbed the outside down with butter and rub.

Did something similar to a couple more taters but wrapped in bacon instead.On the egg at 375.

Off the grill at 170deg. Looks burnt no? Uh uh, caramelized and delicious!
