Fired up the Royal BBQ Fab direct heat cooker - just went salt and pepper on a couple racks of spares and a pork tenderloin - once they were finished, glazed them in some Big Wick’s, wrapped in foil, and let them rest outside of cooker for 30 minutes - for good measure did some twice baked potatoes and corn on the cob
