I've got a roll with 7 or 8 D/R Sani-Safe blades in it - they work good for me. Good enough that I just went out & ordered a 14 inch double handled D/R Sani-Safe cheese knife :thumb:. That'll get those big chunks cut up the way I want them :grin:.
 
I have only 1 of their knives but it does a good job. I do need to get down to their store and pickup a couple more to replace some of the other crappy knives i have. I do like them partically because they're made in my hometown of Southbridge, MA. Gotta support local business!!
