The neighbour had us over for a BBQ dinner Sunday night.

Spuds, pineapple and deer steaks on the grill.

He's a hunter. Got the deer up in northern BC. Steaks were marinated. Turned out lean, tender and delicious. Our first venison in a long, long time. Yummm.....

Pork ribs, sauced and not sauced. Both were very good.

On the plate: Deer steak and sauced ribs (rear); foiled potatoes with sour cream, bacon and onions; grilled pineapple; sauteed zucchini; pickled Scotch Bonnets and pearl onions. I went back for seconds (and thirds). :icon_blush:

Dessert was mango mouse cake with coffee. A very fine evening with excellent eats and good company.:razz::razz:
