what does this have to do with deep frying a turkey?

What, you don't enjoy gaining peripheral knowledge??

As to how I know this stuff -- I grew up in a small town, raised my own beef, rabbits, chickens, etc. and had 5 years of vo-ag (FFA) -- to this day I will not dress chicken and eat it on the same day!! The butchering scent lingers :D

I pass on the balls - beef, lamb, pork, etc. I can cook 'em but I don't eat 'em. :D

Well, we will have all those bags of giblets and other crap on Thursday. Or do you fry yours with the bird?

Giblets with a Nut (ball) glaze might be something the brothers want to serve to their guests (and LTAO when the people love it)

If you don't know -- we can't explain it! :D

Stick around long enough and it'll make sense!! Now that's scary.

At least we stayed on a food topic - sort of! :D
