Anyone here have a cooker/smoker that they use just for whole hog? Let's see what you're working with. I ordered Sam Jones Whole Hog book last week and I'm looking for a little inspiration. :)
 
I had a caja china (roaster oven) for some 40 years for the once a year Christmas pig roast. Last year was the last one. I sold my latest box. Just too much hassle to do a whole pig anymore. Getting longer in the tooth. The box works great though.
