Anyone here have a cooker/smoker that they use just for whole hog? Let's see what you're working with. I ordered Sam Jones Whole Hog book last week and I'm looking for a little inspiration.
I use a block pit. I can adjust the size and move it where I need it.
This company has made cookers for Skylight in NC, so they may know a thing or 3 about pig cookers. I've been lusting after these for years now.
