Culinary school BBQ competition

Well had the BBQ comp today started cooking last night, we had 4 teams 3 butts each, and cooked all in the same smoker, I remade my peach BBQ sauce even better and well MY team won hands down with new peach sauce everyone wanted to buy and other culinary students want the recipe. i will get some pics uploaded tonight just had to share with everyone that i won the braggin rights, my sauce, my rub, and my injection my team mates pulled the pork and served.
