Since there is a throwdown going on decided to season up some ribs with "Head Country"

The 18" was already out from the chicken yesterday decided to cheat a bit

2 hours in at 275 with some taters Nellie wanted to make

And 3:10 total they are done

Gotta luv some ribs. I could really go for those if I did not have a couple of Spatchcocked chickens in the trail embers right now. I have a couple of racks in the freezer. I think I will get them out and thaw them to smoke tomorrow. Thanks for posting. I hope you enjoyed them.

Very nice, how do you like the Head Country rub?

I used it on a couple of butts last week and Nellie loved it so we tried it on the ribs. It has great flavor.
