Gotta luv some ribs. I could really go for those if I did not have a couple of Spatchcocked chickens in the trail embers right now. I have a couple of racks in the freezer. I think I will get them out and thaw them to smoke tomorrow. Thanks for posting. I hope you enjoyed them.
 
Florida living at it's finest. Those look great!! I gave my daughter her choice if ribs or butt, and she chose the latter. Now I wish I hadn't asked her and just cooked ribs. I'm craving them now.
 
There’s lot of great cooks on this forum cooking all kinds of Q but at the end of the day, the rib still wins in my book. Good job.
