I went with the recipe , shredded it up , removed any big hunks of fat , and put it back on uncovered for a little while. The recipe said to wait til the liquid reduced by half , I don't think I went quite that far with it , we were hungry. It was really good , I should have taken more pictures after it was plated , but again , we were ready to eat.
