Doing a picnic shoulder in the PBC and some Scotch eggs (for my wife) and arnadillo eggs (for me) in the Weber.

My start. Using Q-salt in the cream cheese.

Ready to go. Scotch eggs are plain, 'cause that's the way she likes them, arnadillo eggs have some of The Jury rub I got in the recent swap.

Decided to drop a few apple chunks in for the picnic, and used three hooks, since it's a 10-pounder.

Nice! I'll bet the direct flame is gonna give that skin on the picnic some love. I used to do picnics on my UDS over direct flame and got lotsa crunchy snacks out of it.
