As chosen by Swine Spectator for winning the "Tailgate Cook-Off" Throwdown.



CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

When I do long cooks, I typically cook something else to snack on - pig shots, wings, sausages. So how about a "Chef's Snacks" Throwdown? You can cook anything you want as long as it is not a main course, but it must be grilled, smoked, or griddled.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 12/2 through 12/19.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday, 12/19.
