I used to like Dixie Dust Hot but cant seem to get it anymore... I also used to use Anita's but cant seem to get that at all anymore either
Now Im using Smoking Guns Hot as well as the Slabs Wow Your Cow
Rudys is nice to ..its a bit hotter cuz it has a lot of black pepper in it

we just use fiesta fajita spice(they're from san antonio but all over texas)w/ onion & garlic powder.

Yup...Head and country is a good rub...lots of salt which goes great w/ a brisky. I am not to fond of it on much else...none the less....great brisky rub.
