Chile in colors are Hitting The High Plains stores regularly. If you like green only plenty of those. But the colors intrigued me with my First New Mexico Green Chile Cheeseburgers. From San Jon to Gallup Albuquerque to Taos every New Mexican Green Chile anything had colorful green chiles. I don't think I could tell a difference in a blind taste test, but appearance takes me on a mini culinary vacation. Order a green chile anything near me and it's green, no color. Also picked up some Smoked Gouda pimento cheese.
