Co-packer Information Needed

I am presently looking for a co-packer that has both the capability of smoking products and also bottling products in one facility. My preference on smoking is a large stick burning smoker rather than a sawdust smoker. The sawdust does not impart the flavor I am trying to achieve. I would also hope to find one in the southeast being I am from Florida. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
