The instructors for this class are Chad "Podge" Hayden from Moonswiners, the 2007 Jack Daniels World Champion in Chicken and Brisket as well as the overall World Grand Champion along with Donny Bray from Warren County Pork Choppers, one of the hottest KCBS teams of 2012 & 2013.
