Ramoulade: (cut this down by 50%)

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard (Creole mustard if possible)
1 Tbsp sweet paprika
1-2 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon pickle juice (dill or sweet, your preference)
1 teaspoon hot sauce (preferably Tabasco)
1 large clove garlic, minced and smashed

Crab Cake:
2 large eggs
2-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise, best quality such as Hellmann's or Duke's
1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely diced celery, from one stalk
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 pound lump crab meat (see note below)
1/2 cup panko

I'd eat those crabcakes in a heartbeat, surprised no one commented.
Man I miss having crab at will, I had a place on the Bay.

Love the remoulade idea, perfect for crabcake.


[The way the Cast Iron is sitting on the stove, it seems you made it there, but for the throwdown you surely made the dish on your outdoor grill... ]
 
Must have missed it. I would take a dozen, if you ship. BTW, you have one pic that is enormous. Might be turning people off from your post. You might want to remove it, or resize it.
