16Adams looks great. Do you ever do chucks on your PBC? I am planning on doing one this weekend and wonder if you have any tips. Thanks.
 
I have --I installed grate and hung for about 2 hours till golden. Then placed in stock about 1" covered in foil and finished on grate to desired doneness.
 
Sous Chef put the ketchup mix on a tad early. Actually tastes fantastic, just dark. But since I've slept with the sous chef 35+ years I stayed really quiet.
 
It looks mighty fine from here Adams.... In fact it looks danged tasty! Hats off to you and your sous chef! :thumb:
