It was a nice day so we decided to try our hand at pulled beef with peppers. Picked this up last night:



Got her seasoned and on the drum this morning:


Naturally my probe crapped out again so I was just kind of going by feel, here it is just before I pulled it:


Probed like warm butter so I pulled it all and separated the gristle:




Back on to evaporate some of the juice, and since it looked lonely threw a couple of packs of sweet italian sausages and a naked fatty on.

Came out awesome, once again thanks to everybody here for the help and inspiration!

Are those just green bell peppers cut up in the 3rd pic down? Just curious because they almost loo like onions. But then i see the peppers later. Thanks. Looks amazing.

I used 2 green bell peppers, 2 cloves of garlic and a large walla walla onion.
