Any of you(s) use chunks of chuck for Kabobs? I got some chunks marinating for one night this week - will be over charcoal n wood chips in table top grill....
I haven’t myself but if you marinade them like you said…should be nice and tender, no?
Might want to SV the chuck roast for 24 hours at 132F first.
We always use a high in steak cut like Filet, NY Strip etc for K-Boobs
