Chuck Boneless Top Blade and Parmesan Pesto Zucchini Sticks

Great meal Dom! In my younger days I used to grill up some great bone-in blade steaks, and then for years never seen them. I loved those things, tasty and cheap. In the last year, our grocery store has had some out and the marbelling in them is the best of any other steaks on display (in Canada, we don't get the marbelling that you guys do, our AAA grade is equal to your Choice). They are boneless now, but I still grab them when I see them. Also, not as cheap as they used to be.

The Mrs loves her parmesan zuchinni sticks, I'm gonna have her try the pesto version. They look great!
