Three bone prime rib cut off a 21 pounder and smoke Mac and cheese. Wife did sweet carrots and low carb pumpkin cheese cake bars. Smoked on the LSG a pellet using Perini Ranch beef rub. Pulled at 128° internal. Had fantastic flavor. Wife was pleased and that is what counts.

I'm going to guess that everyone was very happy and the dinner was quiet because they were all eating that beautiful prime rib!
