brined in then rubbed with fajita spice,garlic & onion pwdrs,rubbed sage,comino,& paprika.
in the smoker- pecan,hickory,& beech
it looks warm
but it's not
smoked @ 250 ish until the juices ran clear the wrapped & back on for 20 more mins.
pulled then fine chopped.
