The Mushooms
First grilled up some hot Italian sausage.
Then I put it in me chopper
Added some cream cheese
Then I grated some Monterey Jack to throw in.
This is where things got busy and I forgot
to take pictures. But I added to this
1 Table spoon on red pepper flakes
and mixed well. Sprinkled the top with
grated Parmesan cheese.

Thanks cowgirl, it was so good I had leftovers for breakfast. Wasn't sure how reheated heated stuffed mushrooms would be. But I am sitting here with an empty plate in front of me.
I have decided I got to try many more hot sauces. That one last night was the first I ever had where a drop or two was plenty to flavor and give it that nice little bite.

Well I hope the ice cream thing works in reference to hot sauce. I completely understand why it comes in 4 oz bottles. If it's any good that's all you will need. I have managed to eat almost a 3 and half pound meat loaf with the bottle of hot sauce. I didn't share either. It was like popcorn once I got started I just couldn't put it down. Wait a minute, I bet that would be great sprinkled over pop corn.
