I think this is the first time I am ever going to tell a guy. Man I love looking at your hog.

Andrea and I need to make some time to come back up to Woodstock.
 
For those of you that obsess about "heritage" breeds," the Ossabaw Island hog would definitely be one. Only about 200 exist on the mainland US. The article I saw said the ones on the island have "insular dwarfism" and have mutated to being able to deposit large amounts of fat to survive the spring season. I would like to see the marbling on those hogs.
