After seeing all the food being cooked today I had to get a taste, I didn't fire up the pooper till 7 but I don't regret it. Used the CH5 at 350 for the first part of the cook then dropped it to 275. Trimmed a spare rib I'm cooking tomorrow and cooked part of the trimmings along with chicken. Both came out great but the legs were the star of the show. HC apple/habanero sauce thinned a little made it look like I know what I'm doing.
