Good afternoon folks, allow me to introduce myself. I’m Nate from the central part of CT. I’ve been smoking food for the better part of 20 years. My brother and I started our pursuit of quality BBQ when we were tired of paying retail prices. We soon found out that the price of cooking our own was more expensive but, the happy people we fed was well worth it! We went from an old offset Char griller to a PBC and now my wife and I just purchased a GMG DB Prime. Now, we don’t hold the parties that we did before but, our kids love some great BBQ!
