Cattleman's Dinner: Coffee Rub Ribeyes and Tuscan Zucchini

Great steaks, Peeps. My wife likes hers leaner too. What was the wine? I couldn't quite make out the label.

It was a red blend called Triple M Blend from a local Texas winery called Rancho Ponte.

As I mentioned to BobBrisket, Tejas boys can cook.

And the subtle consideration of the Ladies choice steak (pun intended) is a nice touch.

We didn't buy the sign, but did come home with a case of wine, 8 red, 4 whites.

And for those that didn't see the sign from our recent wine tour outside of Tahoe...

Fired up the Kettle and threw on some meat!

Choice NY Strip for Tasha and Choice Ribeye for me. Both rubbed with Cattleman's Cowboy Coffee Steak rub

A neighbor brought over some HUGE zucchini from his garden, so I sliced up half of one and rubbed it with some EVOO and Cattleman's Tuscan steak rub.

Got the Kettle piping hot and threw on the steaks.

Grilled up some sweet peppers with the grub.

Plated.
