Carolina Q

Will be going through the Carolina's in search of good Q. Leaving Monday from middle Georgia, returning Friday. Where are your guys "Must Eat' places in both North and South Carolina? Prefer to avoid the coast as we (my brother in law and I) don't want to pay high motel rates. Shacks and dives are the theme.
