Trying something new on a fatty today.
Got the Kettle pegged at 242 for an hour so far on 3 Kingsford briquettes and 6 big chunks of hickory.
The new part?
I took the 2 pound Johnsonville fatty and rolled it in brown sugar.
Wonder if I can get "bark" on a fatty
