Butcher in NY and NJ

Hi,
I am looking for a butcher in NY or NJ that understands the needs of a BBQ competitor and will either provide me with the right meats for the comp or will allow me to look through their inventory for the best meat available (straight ribs, large money muscle, etc.). I have not been lucky enough to find a butcher to help me, so I am reaching out to the brethren to see if anyone knows of this type of butcher in NY or NJ.
