Had some lephtover meat from the Irish rib eyes so decided to ground it for 2 burger patties. Seasoned with Oakridge CC and SPOGOS, cooked in CI skillet. Topped with homemade bacon, cheese, homemade gherkin and mayo-sriracha sauce. It was good eatin'!

Blasphemy! How could you mutilate those beautiful ribeye's? I want to say such nice things about those burgers, but i just can't. You broke my heart.

It was lephtover meat, not enough to be called ribeye´s anymore, not thick enough to cook and now I got an additional meal out of the meat. The meat was not in the pic with all the ribeyes on the cutting board :laugh:
