Buffalo Wangs and Lasagna Mexican Style

I wanna know what was in that lasagna! Chorizo? Beans? Queso?

J-rod, I began with 100% whole wheat pasta. For the meat filler I opted for pork chorizo to whiich I added chopped onion, red jalapeno, and habanero. Then came the encilada sauce. The layering started with a splash of sauce and pasta. There followed bits of queso fresco mexican cheese, then 4 cheese Italian (including moozarella). Then another layering just like that. Finally topped with just a touch of parmesan and chopped fresh parsley.
