Still playing with creating BBQ and Asian fusion cuisine. :loco:

Today I made Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls. My attempt at creating the idea of buffalo wings in a spring roll

I collected my needed materials...

I de-boned and took the skin off the thighs and then marinaded them in Habanero Death Dust and homemade Ghost pepper sauce...

After an overnight rest in the marinade, I cooked the thighs on the kettle with some sassafras wood....

While grilling the chicken, I also did a quick saute of celery, carrots, and jalapeno.......

Once cooled, I chopped the chicken, combined with the veggies, then covered with buffalo sauce that I cooked with added garlic. Put the mixture in spring roll wrappers and pan fried them. the finished product, with blue cheese dressing dip....

Looks good. There's a place close to me that makes buffalo egg rolls with a shredded chicken that I'll have to try and make one day. The wife loves them.
