Tell me about it. Local butchers in my area don't have them. Costco used to have them, but now they're only untrimmed flats in cryo.

A few years ago I used to be able to get packers at Costco in Bloomingdale, but most the time its just flats.
I can get them at Caputo's but have not in a while since they are usually pretty high priced for Brisket.

Bring back the Chicago slaughters houses!!!
