I cooked up the kids some shrimp scampi this evening and I was looking at the scampi sauce and said to myself, Self you cant let that stuff go to waste. So I looked in the fridge and saw the brisket from sundays cook. So I cubed up some brisket and put it in the butter sauce and sautéed it up. Well it was different and really wasn't bad. It just ended up with a garlic butter flavor. My oldest kid thought it was good. We opened up a can of ranch style whistle berries and away we go!!!!!
